One-to-one sessions in Oxford or training courses Nationwide

What is Brain Span? Your brain span is your mental capacity and your active mental lifespan.

The Brain Span method draws on a wide range of techniques to enhance performance in almost all walks of life.

Who can it help? Almost anyone can improve. Learn how to help increase brain power from infancy, through childhood and adulthood to the senior years. Self-help techniques to support improved learning, work/life skills, confidence and stress management, sports and music performance; help to maintain an alert mind throughout life. See more on the pages listed on the left menu bar.

How does it work? By helping your brain pay better attention to the world through your senses, particularly sight, hearing, touch and proprioception (the awareness of where your body and muscles are in space). This can dramatically improve your performance in many areas. See more on the about Brain Span page.

What is the evidence? Each page is dedicated to a particular age group, or skill set. The scientific research evidence is given at the end of each section, so you can make up your own mind!
